Social Media Brand and Analytics Intern (part-time)

Everybody At Once (EA1) is Everybody at Once is an award-winning, Black and female-led digital agency based in New York City, Los Angeles, and the Carolinas specializing in building relationships between brands and consumers. Our mission is to build the world’s most engaged audiences.

EA1 is looking for a college student or recent graduate interested in social media to come work and learn with us remotely as a Social Media Brand and Analytics Intern. This person will assist in developing audience strategies and social media campaigns with our clients. This remote position is part-time and paid.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, enthusiastic, well-organized, confident and driven, with at least some experience in social media planning, strategy, execution, and management. They will have an understanding of industry best practices and the drive to develop new ones. They will be proactive, quick on their feet, and a problem solver. Professional social media experience, a plus!

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Research emerging social trends through native social listening, along with platform specific and paid tools.

  • Develop and draft editorial calendars with specific voice and tone per brand.

  • Assemble and schedule posts for TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Twitter/X, Facebook, and other emerging platforms. 

  • Actively monitor social communities for sentiment snapshots, community trends, cultural beats etc.

  • Participate in team brainstorms and campaign projects.

  • Assist with developing strategies, campaigns, and other higher-level tasks.

  • Assist in producing timely social media sentiment and trend reports. Pulling both qualitative and quantitative data and presenting it in a meaningful and concise format.

Internship training includes:

  • Hands-on social media editorial and analytics experience for a national brand. 

  • Mentorship from industry-leading digital experts. 

  • Learn remote work collaboration tools and skills.

Requirements:

  • Availability for a minimum of 15 hours/week and up to 25 hours/week starting May 2024 through end of summer.

  • At least two active personal social media accounts at a minimum, one being preferably TikTok or Instagram.

  • A passionate interest in social media and digital entertainment.

  • Creativity in how you search for things online (beyond Google).

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Excellent time management and organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • A background or pursuit of a degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or related.

  • U.S. Work Authorization and located within the United States.

  • Own laptop.
